At Aethére, we stand behind our products and want you to love them as much as we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’ll always do our best to make it right. If you would like to return your aloe product, you may do so within 30 days of purchase using the options below. Please review the information provided. 

Free Returns!

You can return your product at no cost! Simply contact us at hello@liveaethere.com with your order number, and we’ll provide you with a pre-paid return label. Ship the item back to us via USPS, FedEx, or UPS for free. Returns are accepted for any reason within our return period.

Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, please reach out to us. We’ll send you a free return label to ship the product back to us.

Once received, we will issue a full refund, including the purchase price, any applicable taxes, and shipping costs.

Refund for Your Return

Refunds will be provided in the original form of payment, including sales tax, and will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned product.

1-Year Warranty

At Aethére, we are committed to delivering high-quality aloe products you can trust. We offer a 1-year warranty against any manufacturing defects, ensuring peace of mind for 365 days from the delivery date.

Warranty Coverage:

All aloe products are covered for one year from the date of purchase for issues related to manufacturing defects. During this time, if a defect is found, we’ll happily replace or refund your product.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

Please note the following circumstances are not covered under the warranty:

  • The warranty period has expired.
  • Issues resulting from improper storage, contamination, or exposure to extreme conditions such as heat, sunlight, or freezing temperatures.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow usage instructions.
  • Natural changes in color, texture, or consistency over time due to the minimal preservatives in the product.
  • Proof of purchase is not provided.
