Shipping

Free standard shipping on every US order — no minimum, no code, no catch. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, and you’ll get tracking by email as soon as your elixir is on its way.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–6 business days depending on where you are. We don’t ship internationally just yet, but we’re working on it.

Returns

If the elixir isn’t for you, send it back within 30 days for a full refund — opened or not, no questions, and no robot chat. Just email help@liveaethere.com and a real person will sort you out.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the return, usually within a few business days.

Damaged or wrong item?

That’s on us. Email us a photo and we’ll ship a replacement right away — no need to return the original.
